A Partial Autobiography of Saint Chrysostomos Papasarantopoulos
Archimandrite Chrysostomos Papasarantopoulos describes his deep friendship with Father Ioil Giannakopoulos, which began in 1918 at the Panagoulakis Ascetic Retreat. He mentions their shared love for learning, their fervent correspondence during the Asia Minor Campaign, and Father Ioil’s contribution to his self-education before his ordination in 1926.
