Dear brothers and sisters, I greet you, I thank you from the distant and rapidly growing Mission of Eastern Tanzania for your continued support of God’s missionary work. I am pleased to inform you that the construction of the first Orthodox Clinic in the town of Morogoro, Eastern Tanzania is progressing at an intensive pace and I am sending you the first photos of the progress of the work. I want to hope that, with God’s help, the work will be completed by the end of the summer. Then a new “nest” of love and salvation for young children will have opened its doors to offer life to the children of Tanzania. Thus, with God’s help and your continued support, a total of 11 clinics will be operating in Tanzania.
In the Morogoro region we have already established four new parishes with about 2,000 converts, of whom 450 belong to the Maasai tribe. It is there that we will need to build four new Holy Temples. We ask our devout readers and friends of the Brotherhood and inform them that the cost of erecting each temple, with very great care and proper management of the money, amounts to €25,000.
