The Fraternity is funding the renovation of St. John the Theologian Church in the Agona Abodom community of Ghana, which remains out of operation due to structural problems.

The Fraternity responded with the amount of €36,200 to the appeal from the Holy Metropolis of Accra for the repair of the Metropolis’s sacred churches, which are extensively damaged. You can also support this effort.

A 9-member team of resident doctors from public hospitals in Athens undertook an extensive humanitarian medical mission in Ghana in the summer of 2025, with the support of the Fraternity. The team examined 1,600 patients in seven settlements, transporting 480 kg of pharmaceutical supplies and generously sharing its love!

The Metropolitan of Accra thanks the Fraternity for sending a container with 20 tons of humanitarian aid, funding two new boreholes, and donating 35,000 euros for the establishment of an Orthodox Clinic in Accra.

Nine Greek volunteer doctors and nurses arrived in Ghana to offer free medical care. A charitable mission that, with the help of the Fraternity, brings healing and hope to people in need in West Africa.
