Commemorative Events for Saint Chrysostom 2025

The Orthodox Missionary Fraternity invites you on Sunday, December 28, 2025 to commemorate for the first time the memory of Saint Chrysostom Papasarantopoulos, with two events:

  • At 5:30 PM, the Vespers for the feast of the Saint will be chanted at the Holy Church of Agia Sophia, officiated by His Eminence Metropolitan Philotheos of Thessaloniki.
  • At 6:30 PM, Nikos Aslanidis’ documentary about Saint Chrysostom, “In the Footsteps of the Pioneer Missionary,” will be screened in our hall*.

We invite you to join us in prayer and to honor together the new saint of Thessaloniki and Africa!
