Apostolic Diakonia Missionary Seminar
“An open window to the world of the Evangelization of peoples and the Witness to His Kingdom”
The Orthodox Mission Office of the Apostolic Diakonia announces that the missionary seminar courses for the academic year 2026-2027 are commencing.
Course instruction is conducted through tele-education, via the Zoom online platform.
The courses are offered free of charge, and registrations are made digitally, via the email of the Orthodox Mission Office. At the end of the annual attendance and upon submission of a short assignment, a Certificate of Participation is granted.
The seminar courses will begin on Saturday, October 17, 2026.
The annual program of presentations covers, as far as possible, the theological and contemporary spiritual, catechetical, etc., needs and challenges of our time in the vineyard of the Mission.
The purpose of the seminar is to create a “pool” of trained individuals who wish to serve in the vital field of mission, either on the front lines or by offering support from behind. During the academic year 2026–2027, fifteen (15) two-hour meetings will be held, always on Saturday afternoons at 6:00 PM.

- Theology of Mission
- Contemporary Missionary Reality
- History of Mission
- Missionary Practice and Methodology
- Canon Law of Mission
- Missionary Hagiology
- Religious Studies and Sociology of the Third World
- Elements of Tropical Nosology
- African and Asian Ethnology
