Dear Friends of Mission,
Rejoice in the Lord! It gives me a great pleasure to share with you the progress of the work of the missionary teams. By the grace of God and the blessings of our Spiritual Shepherd His Beatitude Theodore, we continue our missionary work. Our joy is always accompanied by bitterness and anguish until the desired end of every work and every project comes.
The ultimate goal is the material as well as spiritual benefit of all people, young and old. The anxiety peaks from the beginning of the work and our longing for it to be finished, to be put into operation to glorify God and benefit people and save souls is immense. Such a project started a year ago and this is the monastery church on a plot of land owned by the Mission.
Our goal is the establishment of a Holy Monastery. By the grace of God, there are souls who long for monastic life. The small sisterhood of young novice nuns is hosted at the Mission site. It is the desire of all of us to build a monastery so that the sisters can carry out their monastic duties undistracted and totally devoted to them.
Years ago, a large plot of land in a pine-covered area was purchased and was intended for a monastery. The church and the stone fence have already been finished. It would be desirable to start the cells of the monastery as well. The building plans are ready. We pray for people to be found to implement this project and help, if possible, at least to lay the foundation.
I am well aware of the difficulties that exist and how tight the finances of every family are. We would be grateful if you would help us, even from the little you have, to start our little monastery so that the sisters can settle down little by little. Let us also make it a matter of prayer.
