Indonesia: The “Theotokos” Hospital in danger

Worshipful gentlemen & ladies,
Hail in the Lord! Thank you very much for your renewed financial help of 5,000 euros for the equipment of our Hospital “Theotokos” Medan, as well as for the 5,000 euros, donated by a pious lady from Volos, that you sent us for the printing of liturgical books in Indonesian, In a few days I will go to our communities, St. Ephraim in Sumbul and Immaculate Conception of the Virgin Mary Pargambiran, to see the works there. My brothers, to tell you the truth, the other project is not finished because another problem has arisen. A week ago, we were sent by the Ministry of Health that all hospitals in Indonesia must obtain a Certificate of Accreditation before 2014, because from January, only those hospitals that have a Certificate of Accreditation will operate in Indonesia. So, my brothers and sisters we still have a few months to prepare everything. The cost for the Certification is 10,000 euros. If we don’t have it, then they will take away the license of our newly established Hospital, for which your Brotherhood has helped us so much. Therefore, my brothers, I do not know who to turn to. Of course, I am running to the prayers of Our Lady and I believe that she will hear us and send us the money we need through some merciful donor.

This, my brothers, is our news and my plea. I hope that God will bless you with His riches.
