The fuel of love

Dear Friends of Mission,

We hope you are all well by the Grace of God.

It is with great pleasure that I am writing to you to extend my sincere gratitude and deep appreciation for the support you show to our Mission in Haiti.

As you have learned from the news, our country has been in a very critical situation since the beginning of September because gas stations are closed and many stores have closed too. We have no electricity or internet. Even paper is one of the goods in short supply. The stores that are still open are unable to place orders and are trying to sell off everything they have in store in order to close. If the gas stations do not open soon, we will suffer a lot.

In all this misery, I had to find a way to get some food to offer to the people who are  hungry and asking for help. And right on time we received the remittance from the blessed Orthodox Missionary Fraternity.

With brotherly love and deep gratitude,

Fr. Paul Petit-Homme
