This Sunday, February 19, we invite you to a special event dedicated to the mission of the Orthodox Church to the Mayans of Guatemala and Southern Mexico. For the first time in Northern Greece, an informative presentation on the great modern miracle of the mass conversion of 350,000 believers to Orthodoxy is being organized. His Eminence Metropolitan Athenagoras of Mexico will describe the titanic work of catechesis and pastoral care of this large community in the highlands of Central America. Modern Mayans accept the light of Orthodoxy and give lessons of faith and life.
