Our Brotherhood has purchased land in the town of Lautoka on the island of Vita Levu, which is the second most populous town in Fiji. On this land it is planned to build a Holy Trinity Church, an orphanage and a school for the poor children of the country. These children will come from smaller islands in Fiji, which suffer from frequent devastating typhoons, resulting in great economic hardship for their inhabitants. Missionary efforts in Fiji only began in 2008. For the first time, the message of Orthodox Christianity reached the other side of the world. Already several believers have been baptized and three priests have been ordained, two Melanesian and one of Indian origin. You too can help the Orthodox Mission to take its first steps in the far corners of the world. Support the rebuilding of the Holy Church, the orphanage and the school.
And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a testimony to all nations…
